Beginner to intermediate.
Prop required: A large piece of fabric.
A brand new workshop based around connecting with your audience & your self. We will learn the art of commanding a room with subtle, and not so subtle movements. It will be thick and juicy and full of bite! It's sexy, it's powerful, it's so much fun!
During this piece of choreography we will be working with fabric and discovering all of the beautiful & seductive ways you can incorporate it into your acts! It's chiffonography darling, you're fancy & you have fabric.

FLOOR FLOW - Turn it up!
Intermediate and beyond.
We will delve into floor work that is more challenging but guaranteed to add the S E X FACTOR to your routines! Learn transitions, floor tricks & how to make your audience’s jaws drop. You will walk away from this workshop a little sore, but with a head full of fabulous ideas and choreography.

Have you got an act that you want to improve?
Have you always wanted to create an act but need some help?
Have you got burlesque block and you act is just a bit stuck?
Something else entirely but you're keen to dance?
Then babes, let's work on it!
During this 5 week course we will work on your solo acts in a supportive, encouraging and inspiring environment. During the class you will have full access to Bettie and their burlesque experience/ expertise! We will hit the studio every Sunday and create, edit, tweak, and elevate your work so you walk out of there with a shiny new number that you simply adore.
We will cover all the elements from costuming, to choreography.
The act you create will be showcased at
A Night Of Burlesque - 20th July 2024.
You will receive professional video footage & photographs from the show to use however you like.

Conditions: You have attended burlesque classes / have an understanding of the art of burlesque.
You need to have your concept & music chosen in advance. You will rehearse your number in class and be committed to creating a completed act that will be ready for the stage.
