You’ll learn impressive floor combinations designed to improve flow, musicality, and performance quality. Blend technique with style to create movement that’s both captivating and stage ready. Perfect for performers wanting to add drama, elegance, and impact to their floorwork.
 
This class will be thick and juicy and full of information. You will walk away from this workshop a little sore, but you will be overflowing with new ideas. Bettie will teach you a piece of burlesque choreography to perform at the end of class in groups. It's sexy, it’s powerful, it's so much fun.

What do you wear? 
KNEE PROTECTION. Protect your bodies darlings, bring protection.
Anything that makes you feel comfortable darlings! I want you to feel gorgeous, so wear whatever helps you feel that way. Is it lingerie? Is it activewear? It is a giant garbage bag? Whatever it is, wear it! 
 
Heels are optional in all my classes, bare feet is absolutely fine by me.
